Sales and Retention manager
Peter has been a member of the Delirest team for nearly twenty years. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the legislation, regulations and other official procedures affecting school meals. His role is to develop the best service and cooperation conditions to meet the needs of the Partners.
Executive chef
Roland has been with Delirest for 15 years. He began his journey with the company as a head chef, but thanks to his expertise and innovative mindset, he quickly stood out in his role. For ten years, he worked as a trainer chef, and in recent years, he has served as Delirest’s Executive Chef. Roland ensures that Delirest’s well-earned professional reputation is not only maintained in the long term but is also continuously renewed.
education
Educating children about sustainability and helping them grow into conscious adults is our shared responsibility. Through our programs and communication tools, we too wish to contribute to the school’s valuable work within our own field of expertise. We organize guest lectures, cooking sessions with the children, and kitchen tours, but we also strive to show the children how to be conscious consumers through the posters displayed in the dining area.
We enrich students’ daily lives with gastronomic events, themed days, and interactive activities, so that awareness around proper nutrition becomes an experience-based learning journey for them. We also believe it’s important to be present at school celebrations, events, and community gatherings—helping shape those moments that create real experiences and lasting value.
